Welcome Brooklands Health Centre
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS REGARDING WUHAN NOVEL CORONAVIRUS INFECTION
All travellers who develop relevant symptoms (for example respiratory symptoms, shortness of breath, cough, fever) however mild, within 14 days of returning or transitioning from mainland China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau should not attend the practice, but should remain at home and immediately call NHS 111 for advice.
Take the Friends & Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced in 2014 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.
Help us to improve our service, learn more about the test and give us your feedback.
Prime Ministers GP Access Fund
Prime Ministers GP Access Fund (PMGPAF) was created to offer patients more flexibility in GP appointment availability. In Milton Keynes there are 5 GP Hubs signed up to the PMGPAF campaign. Brooklands Health Centre is one of hubs offering clinics on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and on the weekends. Please note these appointments are pre-bookable up to 3 weeks in advance. For further information please contact our reception staff.
